Fun link, Surbhit.
Thanks. I bookmarked it. When I was a kid I built some radios like those. Back in that time, being as I was, a kid without any money, I got parts from discarded electronics devices and strung them together.
It was fun to do, and great fun when it finally worked. I remember the low Q (broadness) of the receivers' reception, whereby I could hear several nearby (strong) broadcast radio stations at once.
To this day, I have in my parts collection some resistors, coils, diodes, and other things which I salvaged from old TVs and radios when I was a kid. Ever so often I use one of those parts, and I think of those early days in the hobby. Happy memories from a simpler time. _________________ 73, Henry, KC4I |
